This is a step-by-step outline of the admission process at Dar Ul Quran. In order to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for our parents, InshaAllah, we kindly request you to read the following information carefully. Pre-Admission
Step 1: Registration
Please visit the Dar Ul Quran Head Office to complete the registration form and submit the non-refundable registration fee. In case of limited seats, a waitlist option may be available.
Step 2: Entry Test
Clear the entry test to move forward in your admission journey.
Step 3: Interview
A formal interview of the child and his/her parents or guardians will be conducted by the Principal. It is essential for both parents to be present at the time of the interview.
Post-Admission
Step 4: Notification of Decision
Admission will be granted based on available seats and performance in the entry test and interview.
If the child does not pass the entrance test, a re-test opportunity may be offered at the discretion of the Principal.
For admissions processed during the academic year, you will be informed via a phone call.
Step 5: Collection of Admission Packet
If admission is granted, please collect the admission packet from the Head Office. This packet includes:

Step 6: Fee Payment
Upon admission, you are required to pay the admission fee (non-refundable) within one week to secure your child’s place.
Dar Ul Quran reserves the right to revise fee structure and charges without prior written notice.
Step 7: Sibling Policy
Concession for 2nd or 3rd siblings.
Step 8: Commencing Studies
Your child will begin classes after completing the required documents. (i)The child will attend school classes on weekends only. We request your cooperation in maintaining regular attendance and punctuality, as consistent participation is essential for steady academic and moral development. Jazak Allah.
(ii)The child will follow the academic schedule which includes two terms: the First Term from December to May, and the Final Term from July to December. We encourage you to support your child during exam preparations and help cultivate a positive attitude towards learning and assessment. Jazak Allah.
Step 9: Hifz Programme
Joining the Hifz-e-Quran programme. It is available for students who have completed minimum Grade 2 and are entering Grade 3.
