At DarulQuran, we believe that discipline and respect are essential for spiritual and academic success. The following rules and regulations ensure that every student benefits from a peaceful, focused, and nurturing atmosphere. All students and parents are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Punctuality is Key:
Students must arrive on time for all Hifz-ul-Quran sessions to ensure they do not miss any lessons.
2. Respectful Behaviour:
Students should always demonstrate respectful behaviour, especially during recitations and lessons. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
3. Proper Attire:
Students are expected to wear appropriate and neat clothing to class. A uniform may be required in some academies.
4. Health and Well-being:
Students who are sick or unwell should not attend classes. Parents must inform the academy about any illness or health-related absences.
5. No Distractions:
Mobile phones and other electronic devices should not be brought into class, as they can be distracting.
6. Regular Attendance:
Consistent attendance is essential for progress in Hifz-ul-Quran. Students should make every effort to attend all classes.
7. Quiet Environment:
During Hifz-ul-Quran sessions, students must remain quiet and focus solely on their recitation and learning.
8. Respect for Teachers:
Students must show respect for their teachers and follow the instructions given to them.
9. No Personal Items:
Students should not bring valuables or unnecessary items to the academy.
10. Parental Involvement:
Parents are encouraged to be involved in their child’s learning progress. If they have any concerns, they should communicate them to the academy.
11. Disciplinary Actions:
Students who break the academy’s rules may face consequences, including suspension from classes.
12. Prayer Time:
Students must be respectful during prayer times and attend prayers as scheduled by the academy.
